India - New Mumbai-based rental company Omkar Audio has chosen Proel amplifiers to drive its line array loudspeaker systems, and has taken delivery of eight Proel PSW2600 for mid-range duties and eight HPD1500 for HF. In addition to these amplifiers, Omkar Audio has added Proel's ASP48 active splitter,EZ-Curve equaliser and a DSO480 crossover to its stock.The system was supplied by Global Marketing, Proel's distributor for India. Mr Pandarinath founder of Omkar Audio said, "We are very excited by the sonic quality of these Italian products, and are planning to increase our inventory with more Proel sound reinforcement equipment."
