The MS1224 replaces the previous MS824 model, and has 12 channels of 1 into 4 splitting into a compact 3U case. An additional link through connector is provided on each channel, and each of the four transformer balanced feeds has an individual Ground Lift switch provided on the 1U PSU. Individual channel monitoring is provided via a headphone socket and LED meter on the PSU. A single PSU is sufficient to power 48 channels. A unique feature of the MS1224 is the flexibility of its i/o configuration.
Also new from LA, the 'Digi-Box' range includes versatile digital toolboxes, housed in the same extruded aluminium case as the familiar LA Audio DI box. The range will include an AES Channel Divider, AES/SPDIF Converter, AES three-way Splitter, SPDIF four-way Splitter, Word Clock/Super Clock Generator, Word Clock/Super Clock Converter, and four-way Word Clock Distributor.
