Meanwhile, back in the West End, Simon Baker is busy transferring Ducktastic! into The Albery Theatre after a successful three week run in Newcastle, closely followed, with the assistance of Alan Lugger, by the new Tom Stoppard play, Heroes at The Wyndhams. Baker then goes to Canada to work on the musical version of The Lord of the Rings, opening in Toronto in early 2006.
Matt McKenzie kicked off September with a production of Macbeth at The Derby Playhouse. He is then straight onto Blue Eyes & Heels, starring Martin Freeman, at The Soho Theatre.
Clear Channel approached Nick Lidster to sound design their workshop version of a new adaptation of Sleeping Beauty - performed recently at The Venue, Leicester Square.
