USA - LDI 2016 was twice as nice for Chauvet Professional, as the company's new freestanding theatrical lighting demonstration booth drew large and appreciative crowds throughout the three-day show. Located across the aisle from the Chauvet Professional main booth, the new demo area highlighted the company's Ovation LED ellipsoidals, Fresnels, battens and cyc lights, as well as its COLORado wash fixtures.

This makes the projector ideal for high-profile entertainment, staging, rental and exhibition applications.

Europe - The Laserworld Christmas laser light effects are more than just firefly starshower lasers: They project actual Christmas themed patterns in different colours. Bells, Christmas trees, stars, Santas and more are displayed in red & green or blue & green, depending on the product model.

The Christmas lasers are designed as waterproof devices (IP67), so they can be used outdoor as well. Some models come with radio remote control, which allows for the control of colours, rotation and pattern change speed, as well as for selecting additional strobe effects.

The Christmas themed projection effect is generated with glass gobos in combination with an optical diffraction grating, so the effect does not flicker, like it would do with normal scanners. Due to the diffraction grating it has a wide projection angle, too.
