Belgium - ADB has appointed Pascale Van Eycken as marketing communication officer. USA - Former director of sales and marketing, Larry Howard, has been named director of strategic development for Community Professional Loudspeakers. Howard will direct Community's efforts, developing new business in the themed entertainment, cruise ship, casino, and hotel industries, as well as in the military, OEM, and business music markets.

UK - Bosch Security Systems based in Denham has announced an expansion of its UK marketing communications team following the recent appointment of managing director Jeremy Hockham.

Samantha Dean has now become marketing communications manager for the company responsible for all advertising, PR, exhibitions, newsletters and general publicity. Previously marketing coordinator, she now heads up the Bosch marketing team, which has also recently been expanded to include Leigh Hutchinson and Christine Cooper as marketing account support executives.

Susan Tesh, who has been serving as general manager of West Coast Operations, has been named vice-president, sales and customer service. A graduate of DeVry University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management, Barrow also has an extensive engineering background with experience in amplifier design and invention. He has previously held the position of production and development engineer at Community, where much of his time was spent designing crossovers and spearheading the development of new product lines under the tutelage of Community president and chief engineer, Bruce Howze.

USA - Theatrical Lighting Systems Inc (TLS Inc) has appointed Tim Dillon as its new addition to the Rental division as project manager. Dillon has served three years in the United States Army and comes to TLS Inc already familiar with the Rental Division, having been a customer for the past several years.

While pursuing his education at Glenville State College, Dillon became a light and sound technician for countless musical and theatrical productions. After graduation he joined the Army and became a technician and performer in the 98th Army Band. In addition to his work with the Army Band, Dillon toured with the US Army Soldiers Show.

UK - TL Audio announced that LIPA graduate Sarah Yule will be joining the company as international sales manager. Yule has been involved with the recording industry since the tender age of 15, and graduated with a 2:1 degree in Ba (hons) Sound Technology from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts in 2004.

In her new role as ASG Manager, Mary will be responsible for coordinating EAW's worldwide system design support services that are offered to all distributors, dealers, consultants, and facility managers. UK - Automation designers and engineers Kinesys has expanded its closely knit team with the addition of Martin Honeywill as senior design engineer, who joins founders Dave Weatherhead and Andy Cave at the South London HQ.

Honeywill has worked with Unusual Rigging for the last 12 years and before then, with various lighting companies since his graduation from Keele university in 1985 with a BSc in Electronics and Computer Engineering.

Kinesys' Weatherhead and Honeywill originally met whilst the former was also working at Unusual after leaving University. Honeywill headed up the automation department, and Weatherhead was there for four years before leaving to go freelance and then on to form Kinesys.

Kellermann was a long-time lighting industry member, having begun his career in the early 1950s at Century Lighting, the predecessor of Strand Lighting He was named CEO in 1973. Kellermann left Century in 1974, opening his own manufacturer's rep agency. Over the next 20 years, his company worked on more than 600 Broadway shows, including Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, and Miss Saigon. He also worked on many installation projects, including ABC's Good Morning America stiudio, the network's Nightline studio, the Mister Rogers' Neighborhood studio for PBS, and others. He also worked as a construction coordinator and project manger for Tishman construction, Morse Diesel, ITT Sheraton, Princess Hotels, JWP, CBS-TV, ABC-TV, and Hilton Hotels.
