Lee has eight years' experience expanding Community's market worldwide, both as inside sales manager and international sales manager. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and recipient of Pennsylvania's Export Award of Achievement, Lee has also worked in the field of international trade law and intellectual property protection.

Samantha Dean has now become marketing communications manager for the company responsible for all advertising, PR, exhibitions, newsletters and general publicity. Previously marketing coordinator, she now heads up the Bosch marketing team, which has also recently been expanded to include Leigh Hutchinson and Christine Cooper as marketing account support executives.

While pursuing his education at Glenville State College, Dillon became a light and sound technician for countless musical and theatrical productions. After graduation he joined the Army and became a technician and performer in the 98th Army Band. In addition to his work with the Army Band, Dillon toured with the US Army Soldiers Show.

Honeywill has worked with Unusual Rigging for the last 12 years and before then, with various lighting companies since his graduation from Keele university in 1985 with a BSc in Electronics and Computer Engineering.
Kinesys' Weatherhead and Honeywill originally met whilst the former was also working at Unusual after leaving University. Honeywill headed up the automation department, and Weatherhead was there for four years before leaving to go freelance and then on to form Kinesys.
