Denmark - Commercial television station TV2 is using d:screet 4080 cardioid lavalier microphones to live transmit a series of highly unusual live political interviews for its 24-hour news channel.

The interviews are all conducted inside a Tesla electric sports car, which was first deployed by TV2 during the country's recent election campaign. This highly innovative and usual mobile studio is entirely unmanned by TV2's technical staff and is operated remotely from the broadcaster's studios in Copenhagen.

UK - When India's Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, visited the UK in late 2015, PRG XL Video were asked to supply lighting, video and rigging for a special celebration event at London's Wembley Stadium.

The show combined the best of British and Indian culture and included dancing displays, musical performances, and speeches from both Modi and UK PM David Cameron.

To compliment the festivities, a team from PRG XL Video, working with production stage manager, Trish McGlenaghan, lighting & production designer, Mark Cunniffe, and production manager, Tim Hudson, specified all the lighting, rigging and video technology and expertise to ensure the production was a success.

These four companies, respectively world-leaders in software-driven cloud networking solutions, IT, live outside-broadcast digital video production systems and broadcast audio technologies, join founding member companies, Grass Valley, Imagine Communications, Lawo, Nevion and Snell Advanced Media in the newly formed independent trade association.
