PLASA 2012: Martin Professional debuts new breed

UK - At PLASA2012 in London a new breed of moving head and much more will be on display at Martin Professional's Stand 1-F44. Martin invites lighting professionals to get an up close look at the new MAC Viper series of 1000 W moving heads along with a host of other innovative products like the new AirFX version in the MAC III family, an all-new VC series of creative LED video solutions, new portable lighting controllers in the M-Series, and a new compact hazer in Martin's Jem family.

MAC Viper Profile features a highly efficient optical system that outperforms market-leading profiles in the 1200-watt range. With over 26000 lumens of power from a 1000-watt HID source, it is convincingly brighter than 1200-watt fixtures and also outperforms them in terms of speed and compactness.

The MAC Viper AirFX a highly versatile beam, effects and wash luminaire in one and a whole new category of luminaire. Capable of projecting stunning mid-air aerial effects, its unique optical system (1000-watt HID source) allows it to adjust from a tight, hard-edge beam to a radiant wash instantly for greater design flexibility.

The MAC III AirFX is a highly versatile beam, effects and wash luminaire in one and is the latest high-performance 1500-watt moving head in Martin's popular MAC III family.

The MAC III Wash is a high-performance wash luminaire with a unique internal barndoor system (shutters) and follows the MAC III AirFX as the latest 1500-watt moving head in Martin's MAC III family.

Creative LED Video Series: Martin launches the world's first series of 'true video' products to combine an all-new level of simplicity with a high level of quality. Driven by Martin's award-winning P3 System Controller family, part of the series is formed by a variety of video dots called VC-Dot 1, VC-Dot 4 and VC-Dot 9 (each offering a different size and brightness).

The P3 PowerPort 1500 is an integrated power and data processor for Martin's range of creative LED video products, including the VC-Dots and VC-Grids.

Equipped with a fast, dual-core processor, the M2GO answers the demand for a more powerful lighting controller in a smaller form. It offers a professional level of features in a portable package and has been developed with cost, ergonomics, feature set, size and weight in mind.
