Anne Minors on NATEAC efficiency panel

19 July 2012
USA - Anne Minors of Anne Minors Performance Consultants will be one of four panellists to present a session at NATEAC 2012. Entitled Efficient Design Ideas for Theatres: How To Do More With Less, the session will explore ideas around how to maximise design efficiency in projects with modest budgets.
Minors will bring her knowledge and experience of 27 years of design - during which time she has designed over 100 rooms for concerts, opera and theatre - to the table, lodged in the AMPC quality trademarks which have earned the company its well-deserved reputation and numerous awards.
"At AMPC we take an integrated, holistic approach to design and spend a great deal of time on the details," explains Minors. "We give careful consideration to what each project needs and design for aesthetic effect as well as efficiency, often building features into the architecture itself. We pride ourselves in our individual and creative use of equipment to maximise performance, whatever the scale of budget, and ensure the client receives the best possible results their budget can give.
"The NATEAC panel discussion will focus on mid-budget projects and give delegates the opportunity to put their questions directly to us practitioners and to learn a lot from the panel's combined experience."
AMPC has been involved in projects including the Paul Ruddock Performing Arts Centre at King Edwards School, Birmingham, the Yehudi Menuhin School, Cobham, the Egg Children's Theatre, Bath and The Bishop Centre at Godolphin and Latymer School, Hammersmith.
NATEAC will take place from 22 - 23 July 2012 at the New York Hilton Hotel.
