Sennheiser offers 10-year wireless warranty

UK - After positive customer feedback since extending the warranty period on its Evolution Wired range of products to 10 years, Sennheiser UK has now increased its standard warranty from one year to 10 years on all transmitters and receivers in the 3000 and 5000 Series. Products in these series include handhelds, bodypacks, receivers and in-ear monitors, which are frequently used in TV, theatre and hire companies, and have recently featured at such spectacles as Live 8, Glastonbury and Eurovision.

Sennheiser's 10-year warranty is not an optional 'add-on' or 'extended' warranty, but comes as standard and at no additional cost for products purchased from 1 August 2005 onwards. "This 10-year warranty demonstrates our confidence in the workmanship of our wireless products, and reinforces our commitment to customer satisfaction," said Sennheiser's UK marketing director John Steven. "The quality and reliability of Sennheiser products has always made them a smart purchase in the long term, and we are now giving our users added protection at no extra cost. This offering underlines Sennheiser's leadership in the development of on-going user loyalty."
