The four-storey facility which opened in 2024 includes consulting and treatment rooms, and a large top floor studio.

The interior design, focused on calm, restoration, and relaxation, characterises the building, although following the centre’s opening, its team became aware of the need to combat the reverberant effects of its high ceilings and reflective surfaces. The acoustic properties of the centre’s spaces were detrimental to discreet one-on-one therapies and group activities. Determined to improve the environment, founder Madeline Jago contacted Polar to discuss a solution for the centre with the aim of significantly calming its lively acoustics. Pol

UK - At earlier trade shows over the past year, the folks at Chauvet Professional and ChamSys built their stand around the theme True Colours Revealed. They liked the concept so much, particularly since it pays tribute to the advanced colour rendering options of their lighting fixtures, that they decided to go with it again for PLASA London 2025.

But though the marketing theme is familiar, it will be anything but ‘business as usual’ for Chauvet Professional and ChamSys at PLASA this year. Anyone who visits their shared booth (D10) 7-9 September will be greeted by an array of offerings that are spectacularly new and different.

At the top of this list is the world trade show debut of the Maverick Force X Profile. The latest step in Chauvet Professional’s ongoing quest to reimagine moving fixtures, the 520W profile is already turning head

UK - LANG is expanding its LED portfolio with LIAM, a transparent product that takes lightness and image quality to a new level.

The cabinet measures 1x1m, weighs just 12kg, and is therefore particularly easy to handle. It has a pixel pitch of 6.25mm, a brightness of 4,200 nits, and a transparency of 50 percent to ensure clear, detailed images.

“The combination of active matrix and its light weight makes LIAM a unique product in the transparent LED sector - and a real game-changer for creative stage applications, especially outdoors,” says Svenja Mevissen, director of LED & displays at LANG AG.

Thanks to active matrix technology with integrated driver IC, each LED is controlled individually. This prevents annoying scan lines, ensures high viewing comfort, and enables a brilliant and uniform image - even for video and photo recordings.
